Location was excellent, right in the heart of the town and provided easy walking access to the local sights. the breakfast provided was quite satisfactory, with a variety of options available to choose from. One other advantage was the friendly staff, who tried their best to be accommodating and welcoming, despite some language barriers.

The wifi was extremely slow which made it difficult to stay connected with loved ones during the holiday season. the lack of hot water for showers was very disappointing, especially during the chilly December nights.

The location is great, close to the square and not far from the highway. the public area is beautiful with a colorful garden to relax in. the room and bathroom were clean, and the service was lovely. the breakfast was delicious with daily fresh towels included.

The room was a bit warm and stuffy, even with the provided fan. the noise from outside could be heard at times, which made it difficult to sleep.

The accommodation at Pumahuasi Hotel Boutique was simple and elegant, with a fine Hispanic style. I loved having a suite with access to a shared living room and a small backyard for relaxation. The hotel is also conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the center of the village with its traditional shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities, delicious breakfast, and beautiful gardens. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance to the town square and in the area of stunning mountains, which is perfect for those who love hiking.
